Trust, respect, cooperation, companionship and aid to brothers is the expected norm.
All actions, whether in business or in life, are guided by honesty, ethics, and fairness.
Education and experience is emphasized and shared.
A common understanding of our vision and values that transcends chapter, generation, and profession is utilized to anticipate and create the future.
Sharing of time, talent, and treasure with society and with our fraternity is a priority.
Alpha Kappa Psi is the world's oldest and largest professional business fraternity. Established in 1904, the Founding Fathers, also known as the "Brooklyn Four," created an association founded on the principles of educating its members and the public to appreciate and demand higher ideals in business and to further the individual welfare of members during college and beyond.
Since then, the fraternity has expanded to include over 250,000 lifetime members from 216 chapters throughout the United States, United Kingdom, China, and Canada. Recognized as the premier developer of principled business leaders, Alpha Kappa Psi continuously strives to build a strong bond of brotherhood and foster lifelong learning amongst its members.
Alpha Kappa Psi focuses on providing ethical leadership and professional development. Through educational programs, community service, and hands-on-application of formal education, Alpha Kappa Psi students use the business skills they are taught in the classroom to acquire life skills such as the art of compromise, consensus building, project management, interviewing, and networking.
At Alpha Kappa Psi, we encourage diversity and inclusion and thus invite all majors. We fundamentally believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to fulfill their unique personal and career goals. Today, our Omega Epsilon Brother and Alumni network span a wide array of influential companies (from just the past three years), as seen below.
