Hello Active Brothers and Potential New Members,

On behalf of all of the brothers of the Omega Epsilon Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi at Pepperdine University, I would like to formally welcome you to our chapter. As a part of the oldest and largest professional co-ed Business Fraternity in the world, our chapter prioritizes strong brotherhood and unity and a commitment to professional development.

I joined Alpha Kappa Psi in the second semester of my freshman year, Spring 2020, and it has quickly become one of the best choices I’ve ever made. Ever since my first day at Pepperdine, I was constantly looking for a place on campus where I would be able to be myself and grow. Quickly after my first semester, I realized that that place was Alpha Kappa Psi. I’ve been given the opportunity to grow immensely both professionally and personally and have grown so much from where I started. This chapter has given me a home on campus, allowing me to have a safe space where I am genuinely accepted. Something that is of no comparison is the brotherhood in our chapter. From the very beginning, I felt the immense connection and bond within the chapter. Everyone was extremely welcoming and I knew that this was what I had been searching for all along. I have become who I am today because of this chapter and the people who form it, allowing me to learn and grow

Our organization prides itself on our diversity and inclusion, both in background and in thought. Not only do we have brothers from a wide variety of majors such as Business Administration, Creative Writing, and Piano, but we also have brothers of different backgrounds and cultures. Being this diverse has led us to have an extensive alumni network, with alumni working at companies such as Amazon, Facebook, Tesla, Uber, EY, Kaiser Permanente, and much more!!
With that being said, I challenge you to join us and invest in your future! From being a freshman who knew very little to the current president of the Omega Epsilon chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi, I’ve truly become a different person, growing professionally and personally. I am so grateful and excited to have the opportunity to lead such an incredible chapter. This is your chance to take ownership of your own personal and professional development and join Alpha Kappa Psi. From starting as a curious Potential New Member to currently leading the Omega Epsilon chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi as President, I have seen myself grow into a more confident, driven individual.
So, what do you say? Will you join us and challenge yourself to reap the rewards?

Alpha Kappa Psi is the world's oldest and largest professional business fraternity. Established in 1904, the Founding Fathers, also known as the "Brooklyn Four," created an association founded on the principles of educating its members and the public to appreciate and demand higher ideals in business and to further the individual welfare of members during college and beyond.

Since then, the fraternity has expanded to include over 250,000 lifetime members from 216 chapters throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and Canada. Recognized as the premier developer of principled business leaders, Alpha Kappa Psi continuously strives to build a strong bond of brotherhood and foster lifelong learning amongst its members.

Alpha Kappa Psi focuses on providing ethical leadership and professional development. Through educational programs, community service, and hands-on-application of formal education, Alpha Kappa Psi students use the business skills they are taught in the classroom to acquire life skills such as the art of compromise, consensus building, project management, interviewing, and networking.

Trust, respect, cooperation, companionship and aid to brothers is the expected norm.

Education and experience are emphasized and shared.

Sharing of time, talent, and treasure with society and with our fraternity is a priority.

A common understanding of our vision and values that transcends chapter, generation, and profession is utilized to anticipate and create the future.

All actions, whether in business or in life, are guided by honesty, ethics, and fairness.

At Alpha Kappa Psi, we encourage diversity and inclusion and thus invite all majors. We fundamentally believe that every individual deserves the opportunity to fulfill their unique personal and career goals. Today, our Omega Epsilon Brother and Alumni network span a wide array of influential companies, as seen below.
